Well I have been exercising pretty consistently. Its nice to have my boyfriend to motivate me, and I, him at times. He is super exercise man. I used to be a long time ago! I would like to get back into that shape. I could really lift some weights. I was never huge into cardio, but I want to change that too. My body really burns energy when I do cardio! I have been running. I just started a program to get me to a 5K ability. I also want to get back into pilates, weights, and classes. I want to teach group fitness classes (extra income and motivation). Whoo hoo!
