I have been excercizing pretty regularly. I am still running 3 times a week for the Couch to 5k program. (Ouch) and I am going other forms of excercize in between. Last night I did some water aerobics! Whee!

Today I did some research on information that I kind-of knew in my heart anyhow, but it was good to hear. I know that there is a link between anxiety and alcoholism. We all do.
